Pay: $75,000–$95,000 per year (commensurate with experience) + monthly profit share.

What You’ll Do

Serve as a hands-on, working Executive Chef responsible for daily training and development of the culinary team.

Own the food menu, manage food cost, deploy new menu items and rollouts, and ensure consistent product quality and execution.

Collaborate with General Manager and Director of Culinary on brand-driven menu direction, safety, sanitation, and culinary education.
