The importance of consistent teamwork

I’ve been thinking a lot about how crucial teamwork is in our kitchen, especially during the dinner rush. Just yesterday, we had a huge party come in without a reservation, and if it weren’t for my line cooks stepping up, we would have been swamped. It’s amazing how building a supportive atmosphere can turn stressful situations into something manageable. How do you all foster that team spirit in your kitchens?

But i totally get that — one busy night, we had a last-minute catering order, and my sous chef’s quick thinking turned it around. It really shows how crucial that support system is. :flexed_biceps:.

Totally agree, it’s like a well-orchestrated symphony when everyone’s in sync. Last week, we had a sudden influx of orders and my prep cook’s efficiency saved us from sinking. How do you handle the unexpected like that, @lucas_m89?
